RR Web Services wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We test new pages and templates with automated checks and by hand — with a keyboard, a screen reader and zoom — and fix what we find.
What we have done
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for form fields and buttons.
- A clear heading structure, a page language and a “skip to content” link on every page.
- Pages that can be zoomed and that adapt to phones, with no content that plays sound by itself.
- The booking calendar shows times in your own time zone and can be used with the keyboard.
Known limitations
Some content comes from other services (for example embedded videos, maps or third-party widgets) and may not be fully accessible. Older blog posts and PDF files may not yet meet the standard; we are reviewing them.
