Questions clients ask
and our honest answers.

Everything you want to know about how we work, what to expect and whether RR Web Services is right for you, answered without the agency spin.

We hear this all the time, and it's a fair worry. The most common complaints: rankings that vanished after an algorithm update (because they were built on shortcuts), reports full of impressions that never became customers, and 12-month contracts that were hard to get out of. We work differently. We start with the SEO Clarity report, so you see how we think before committing to anything ongoing. Retainers are month to month, so you can leave anytime. And we build on real authority, which Google has rewarded for 18 years through every major update. The Clarity report is a low-risk way to find out whether we're the real thing.

Start with the SEO Clarity report, a fixed-price, one-time audit that maps exactly where your site stands and what to do next. No retainer, no sales pitch and no commitment. It's $497, delivered in 5 business days. Most clients find it answers whether SEO is worth pursuing, and how.

Yes, and it's where we like to start. A clean slate is easier to build right than a site with years of bad SEO to undo. We set realistic expectations, build a solid technical foundation and focus on quick wins in the first 30 days.

For the Clarity report: your website URL, your target market (location and audience), your top 3 competitors and your main business goal for SEO. For ongoing retainers, we also need access to Google Search Console, GA4 and your CMS. That's all to begin.

Our current clients are in the US, UK, Australia, the UAE, Singapore and India. We can work in any English-language market. For other languages, we partner with native-speaking content specialists rather than do work below our standard.

Local SEO, technical SEO, white-label SEO for agencies, SaaS SEO, ecommerce SEO, startup SEO and online reputation management, plus the SEO Clarity report as a stand-alone starting point. Every retainer is custom; we don't sell packages off the shelf.

Yes, but selectively. We write high-intent SEO content, pillar pages and authority pieces. For high-volume routine content, we write the brief and review the result instead. What we won't do: AI-spun content, thin filler posts or anything we wouldn't be proud to put our name on.

Yes, but only links earned on merit. No link farms, no private blog networks and no guest-post networks. We earn links through digital PR, expert commentary, product integrations and content worth citing. Fewer, better links beat volume every time.

Both. The Clarity report is a stand-alone, one-time product. Technical audits, migration support and schema work can be scoped as fixed projects. Ongoing content, authority building and strategy are on retainer, because SEO builds over time and rewards consistency.

Yes, as part of our Local SEO service. That covers full profile optimization, a review of categories and attributes, a photo plan, Q&A management, scheduled posts and getting more reviews. We also handle profile suspensions and reinstatement.

Honestly: early signs in 30 to 60 days, real traffic growth in 3 to 6 months and gains that keep adding up after 6 to 12 months. It depends on your starting point, your competition and how quickly we can move. We set a timeline for each engagement instead of making generic promises.

Very little. For most engagements: 1 to 2 hours a week for content review and CMS access, plus a 30-minute strategy call each month. We work on our own and only pull you in when we really need your input: your expertise, approvals or decisions.

Monthly reports covering rankings, organic traffic, conversions and work completed, as a clean PDF or a shared dashboard, whichever you prefer. Plus a 30-minute monthly call. No surprises: if something important changes mid-month, we tell you right away.

You get a clear action plan. You can do it yourself, have your team do it or continue with us. If you continue, we scope a retainer from what the audit found, not a generic package. 94% of Clarity clients continue, but there's no pressure if the timing isn't right.

Where we have access and it makes sense, yes. We make technical fixes, schema, meta updates and content changes directly. For code-level changes, we provide ready-to-ship specifications. We never make changes without telling you first.

The SEO Clarity report is $497, fixed price. Ongoing retainers are scoped for each engagement, and there's no public price list because every client's needs are different. What affects the scope: site size, competition, content volume and how much of the work we do versus your team. See our pricing page for typical ranges.

No. Retainers are month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. We don't lock clients into annual contracts; clients stay because of results, not contracts.

Not for the Clarity report; any business can order it. For ongoing retainers, there's a monthly minimum so the work can be done properly. Below that, we'd rather do the Clarity report and give you a roadmap than take your money for work that won't make a difference.

In a few cases, for early-stage startups with strong fundamentals, yes. We look at each one individually; it isn't something we normally offer.

We deliver the full SEO strategy and work under your agency's brand. Your clients see your branding on every report and deliverable. We never contact your clients, never mention RR Web Services and sign NDAs as standard. You manage the relationship, and we do the work.

Yes. We've handled agencies with a single white-label client and agencies with 20 or more. We're open about capacity: if we get close to a limit, we tell you before it affects quality.

We don't take on direct competitors in the same local market and niche. If a conflict comes up, we tell both parties and they decide how to proceed. It has happened twice in 18 years.

Yes. We offer white-label Clarity reports for agencies, delivered under your brand with no mention of RR Web Services. Contact us for agency pricing on multiple reports.

Regular deliverables (monthly reports, content and strategy documents) are agreed at onboarding and delivered on a set schedule. Urgent items, like client presentations or scoping a new client, are usually turned around within 48 hours if you let us know in advance. We build in time for your account managers to review everything before it reaches your clients.

We start with a 30-minute call to understand your current clients, the gaps in your services and what you expect from delivery. Then we sign the NDA, set up report templates with your logo and agree on how we'll communicate (Slack, email or your project management tool, your choice). The first deliverables arrive within 7 to 10 days. You manage the client relationship entirely, and we stay out of sight behind it.

Yes. Every report comes with your agency's branding: logo, colors and contact details, with no mention of RR Web Services anywhere. We deliver reports as PDFs or shared Looker Studio dashboards, whichever you prefer. Most agencies choose PDF because it looks cleaner for clients.

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Search algorithms aren't under our control. What we do guarantee: honest, ethical work done to a high standard, with clear progress measures tracked every month. Our 94% client retention is the honest version of a guarantee.

Case studies are on our Results page. A few examples: a multi-location business that went from no map pack presence to #1 in 8 locations in 5 months; a SaaS company that grew organic trial sign-ups by 340% in 12 months; and an agency that grew to 14 white-label clients without hiring a single SEO in-house.

By what matters to your business, not vanity numbers. For ecommerce: revenue from organic search. For SaaS: trials and demos from organic search. For local businesses: calls and direction requests from search. Rankings and traffic are early signs; conversions and revenue are the real measure.

Yes. We handle recovery from manual actions and analyze algorithm-related drops. We find the cause, fix the underlying problem and file reconsideration requests where needed. How long recovery takes depends on how serious the problem is and how long it's been there.

We answer every real question.

If your question isn't here, send it to us. We read and reply to every message ourselves.
