These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of rrwebservices.com (the “Website”), its free tools and resources, the RR SEO Tools app and Chrome extension, credits and monthly packages, provided by RR Web Services (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or the app you agree to these Terms. Agency and consulting services are also governed by the proposal, order or agreement for that service; if it conflicts with these Terms, that document applies.
Use of the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You must not try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Website, use automated means to scrape it or overload it, or use it to send spam or harmful content.
Free tools and content
Our articles, guides, templates and free tools are provided for general information. They are not a guarantee of results, and you are responsible for how you use them. Tool results depend on the information you enter and on third-party data, and may not always be complete or accurate.
Your RR SEO Tools account
- An account is for one person. Keep access to your email address secure — anyone who can read it can sign in.
- Give accurate details, and keep them up to date.
- Creating several accounts to get more free credits or free checks is not allowed. Free credits may be limited or unavailable for accounts created from the same internet address within a short time or with temporary email addresses.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or is used to harm others, the Website or the websites it checks. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Checking, auditing and monitoring websites
Only audit, monitor or deep-check websites you own or are authorised to work on, or use the tools on public pages in a reasonable way. Our crawler fetches pages one at a time and identifies itself, but you are responsible for having the right to check a site. Do not use the tools to overload, attack or copy websites. Audits, monitoring and alerts depend on the site being reachable and on what it returns at the time; we do not guarantee that every problem is found or that an alert is sent for every change.
AI answers
AI visibility checks, tracking and the Site Architecture Planner use third-party AI services. Their answers are generated automatically, change over time and by location, and can be wrong or incomplete. Use them as signals, not as facts or advice.
Credits
- Credits pay for things that cost us per use: AI answers, Core Web Vitals checks and URL checks beyond the free daily allowance. The app shows what each costs before you use it, and a use is charged only when it worked.
- Free monthly credits are used first, reset at the start of each month and do not carry over. We may limit free credits and free checks (including a daily limit across all free accounts) to keep the service fair.
- Credits in your package renew each month while the package is active and do not carry over.
- Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account exists. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable once used.
Monthly packages
- What you get. A package is Pro core plus the modules you choose (for example site audits and monitoring per site, deep reports, the Site Architecture Planner, AI visibility tracking per brand, white label and client reports, extra credits). What each module includes, its price and its fair-use limits are shown on the Plan page in the app when you buy or change it.
- Billing. Packages are billed monthly in advance by Stripe or Razorpay, in the currency shown at checkout, and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay; applicable taxes are added where the law requires.
- Changing your package. With Stripe, a change applies straight away and the difference for the rest of the month is charged or credited. With Razorpay, a change starts at your next renewal after you approve it on Razorpay; your current package keeps working until then.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time on the Plan page. Your package keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not refund part-months, except where the law requires it or as described below.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your package keeps working for two days while the payment provider retries; after that, its features pause until the payment goes through. Your reports and history are kept.
- Price changes. We may change package prices. If the price of your package changes, we will email you at least 30 days before, and the new price applies from your first renewal after that. You can change or cancel your package before then.
- Changes to modules. We may improve modules and adjust fair-use limits. If we materially reduce what a module you pay for includes, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.
- If something doesn’t work. If a fault on our side stops you using a paid feature, tell us within 14 days. We will fix it, extend your package, or refund the affected part of the month.
- Packages given without payment (for example with a retainer or a trial) run until the date shown on your Plan page and do not renew.
White label and client reports
If you use white label and client reports, you are responsible for your branding and for having your clients’ agreement to receive the reports and emails you set up. Do not use them to mislead anyone about who prepared a report. Client links can be opened by anyone who has them; make a new link if one is shared by mistake.
Our agency and consulting services
The scope, deliverables, price, timeline and payment terms of each service are set out in its proposal, order or agreement. Unless that document says otherwise, monthly services run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Fixed-price products are payable in advance, and fees for work already delivered are not refundable.
No guaranteed rankings
Search engines and AI platforms are controlled by third parties and change their systems often. We use proven, guideline-compliant methods, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, citations, AI recommendations or revenue.
Your responsibilities
When you work with us, you agree to give us accurate information and the access we need, to respond in reasonable time, and to make sure that content and materials you provide do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Intellectual property
The Website, the app, the extension and their content, design, logos and tools belong to RR Web Services or its licensors. You may share links to our content and quote short extracts with attribution; any other copying or reuse needs our written permission. Reports you create are yours to use and share; ownership of work we produce for clients is set out in the agreement for that work.
Our tools may be used through the Website, the app and the extension only. Their code, checks, scoring rules, wording and methodology are our property: you may not copy, scrape, decompile, reverse-engineer or reproduce them, resell access to them, or use them to build a competing tool or service.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide our services. For white-label work we sign a non-disclosure agreement on request and do not contact your clients directly.
Third-party websites and services
The Website and the app link to and use third-party websites and services (including payment providers, Google and AI services). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Disclaimer
The Website, the app and the tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim connected with a package, credits or a paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where those apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. If you have a package, we will email you about important changes before they apply. Continuing to use the Website or the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the agreement for a paid service says otherwise.
