One fixed price.
Everything else, scoped.

The SEO Clarity report is $497, fixed, with no exceptions. Every retainer is scoped after the audit, based on what your site needs. We don't use packages or price lists, so the price won't surprise you.

Site size and complexity

A 50-page service site and a 50,000-product online store need very different amounts of ongoing work. We scope the work to what your site needs.

Competition level

Ranking in a low-competition local market costs less than competing for national or global searches. We size the scope to where the work needs to go.

Content volume required

Some clients need 2 pieces of content a month; others need 12. Content is one of the biggest factors in what a retainer costs.

Doing the work vs. guiding your team

If we make the changes in your CMS ourselves, it takes more time than briefing your team. Both work, and both are priced fairly.

One location or many

Multi-location and international SEO multiply the work. We scale the price to match, and we show you why.

White-label delivery

Agency partnerships have their own pricing, based on volume, the type of client and how the work is delivered.
The clearest way to find out what your retainer will cost is to start with the Clarity report. It maps out exactly what needs doing and gives us both a real basis for the scope. So your quote comes from the work your site needs, not a guess or a package.

The work behind every retainer

Technical SEO

Ongoing crawl monitoring, Core Web Vitals tracking, site speed, schema upkeep and technical fixes as problems come up or your site changes.

Content strategy and writing

Keyword research, content briefs, writing or editing depending on your team's capacity, and internal linking that builds topic authority over time.

Building authority

Links earned through digital PR, expert commentary and content placements. We don't use link farms or guest-post spam.

Local and the map pack

Google Business Profile management, consistent citations, a review strategy and local landing pages, where they fit your business.

Reporting and strategy

Monthly reports on what matters to your business: organic traffic, conversions and rankings. Plus a strategy call to review results and plan ahead.

AI search readiness

Schema, speakable markup, FAQ and how-to structure, and content set up for Google's AI Overviews and voice search.

White-label pricing works differently

White-label partnerships are scoped on volume, client type, and delivery model. We work with agencies managing a single SEO client and those with portfolios of 20+. Pricing reflects the actual work, not a per-seat licence.

White-label Clarity reports are also available for agencies as a new business tool β€” contact us for bulk pricing.

What we commit to

No long-term contracts

Month-to-month retainers. Cancel with 30 days' notice, with no penalties and no lock-in. We keep your business by getting results, not through contracts.

No scope creep

We agree on the scope up front and stick to it. If your needs grow, we talk about it and re-scope openly. We never quietly start billing for more.

No vanity numbers

We don't report rankings that don't help your business. Every report ties back to what matters to you: traffic, leads, revenue or pipeline.

Pricing questions

Because a price without a scope doesn't mean much. Quoting a monthly retainer before we understand your site, your competition and your goals would overcharge simple cases or undercharge complex ones. The Clarity audit gives us both a real basis: you know what's being done, and we know what it takes.

We strongly recommend it, but it isn't required. Over the years, engagements scoped from a proper audit have done much better than ones scoped from a conversation. Think of the $497 as the cost of getting the quote right.

Retainers start at $1,500 a month for a single-site small business. Multi-location, SaaS, ecommerce and competitive national campaigns usually run $2,500 to $5,000 a month. The price depends mostly on content volume, competition and how much we implement ourselves. We don't take work below $1,500 a month, because we can't do it properly for less. The Clarity report gives us a concrete basis for the scope, so your quote reflects what your site needs, not a package tier.

Yes. Give 30 days' notice to pause or cancel, with no penalties, and you keep everything we've delivered. We plan work ahead, so 30 days is fair to both sides.

For established retainer clients, yes: there's a discount if you prepay 6 months. It isn't available on a first engagement, because we both need to know the relationship works first.

We can start the Clarity report within 48 hours of getting your brief. A retainer usually takes 1 to 2 weeks from the scoping call to the first deliverables.

The honest place to start is $497.

The Clarity report tells you exactly where you stand, what to do and what ongoing work would cost. You get real numbers, with no package to buy and no sales pressure.
