Which pages should you update this month? From your Search Console data, the planner finds pages close to page one, pages clicked less than they should be and pages losing clicks, ranks them by the clicks within reach, and checks the top ones for what to change.

How to get it: in Search Console, open Performance, set the date to the last 3 months and switch on Compare with the previous period. Click Export and choose Download ZIP. The comparison lets the planner find pages that are losing clicks.

Most sites have pages that are nearly there: on page two for a search people make every day, on page one but rarely clicked, or slowly losing the traffic they used to get. Updating those pages is usually the quickest way to more visitors, much quicker than writing new ones. The hard part is knowing which pages, and what to change on each.
The planner reads your Search Console numbers and does that sorting for you.
Every page gets an estimate of the clicks a month within reach, and the list is in that order. The chart shows all of them at once, so you can see where the opportunity sits.
The top pages are fetched and checked with the same engines as the SEO Health Dashboard and the AEO Analyzer, and the fixes that matter for a refresh come first: the title and description for pages that arenβt clicked, the content for pages close to page one. With Search Console connected in the free app, you also see the searches each page nearly ranks for, whether those words are in its title and on the page, and which of your pages compete with each other.
In Search Console, open Performance, choose the last 3 months and switch on Compare with the previous period. Export and download the ZIP. Or connect Search Console in the free app and skip this step.
The file is read in your browser. Only the page list (addresses, clicks, impressions and positions) is sent to check the pages.
The pages are ranked by the clicks within reach. Open the first one, make the changes listed, and note the date.
Google needs time to see the changes. Run the planner again and compare.
Itβs an estimate. It uses the average share of searchers who click each position in Google. Your real numbers depend on the search, the results around yours and things like maps or AI answers above them. Use it to rank pages, not as a promise.
The export is read in your browser. To check your top pages, the page list (addresses, clicks, impressions and positions) is sent to our server. The searches in your export arenβt sent.
An export lists pages and searches separately, so it canβt tell which searches each page nearly ranks for. Connected, the planner reads both together and shows the searches for each page and the pages that compete.
A free account gets the top 10 pages ranked and the top 3 checked one by one. Pro lists 25 and checks 8, with the code for each fix written for the page. One run uses one of your daily checks.
In an SEO Strategy Sprint, a senior strategist looks at your site and your competitors and gives you a 6-month SEO roadmap in 5 business days, with a walkthrough call.
